American Cross-Country skier and sensation Jessie Diggins reflects on her time at the 2022 Tour de Ski (December 28th through January 4th). The multi-race event is held annually in the high-alpine valley of Val Mustair, Switzerland. Diggins finished in 8th place in the overall standings. This is a reblog of her January 13th post.

*Jessie checking in here! My apologies…this is a long post! But, I had a lot to say. Bonus points for making it to the finish line!

Whether this is for better or for worse…I’ve had my fill of writing books for a very long time! But if the days of the Tour de Ski could be accurately described as chapters of a book, it would look something like this.
